Role: Shopfloort IT Support
Location: Madrid/Getafe, Spain
Type of Hiring: Permanent

**Salary**: €40k to €50k
Hybrid model
English and Spanish is Mandatory

Job Description:

- Create incident on tools (ifnot created already)
- First analysis in case of Blocking Incident open,
- Search for solution (first analysis) and resolve if possible
- Or Analyze incident in case of escalation to L2/L3
- Perform End-User, Key-User feedback on Incident resolution (Root-Cause, Delivery Planning for CR).
- Identify /realise improvements.
- Milk-run (to be define plant by plant - ex: industrial PC, machines, robotics)
- Report activities and deliverables to IM Plant Focal Point or Service Manager
