**MSX IBERIA** está buscando un/a **Project Coordinator **para que se una a nuestro gran equipo.

El **objetivo principal **de Coordinador/a es** coordinar, gestionar, revisar y reportar los procesos/ directrices / resultados de las distintas naciones / mercados europeos donde incide la marca.**

**Funciones y responsabilidades**:

- Preparar la presentación semanal
- Participar en las reuniones establecidas por la marca
- Establecer reuniones con los locales de MSXi y CNS
- Informar de la tasa de cumplimentación de la encuesta y de la tasa de formación de los concesionarios al FoE y a los NSC.
- Calcular y comunicar los resultados a FoE y a los CNS.
- Ofrecer asesoramiento a los distribuidores a través de los gestores de FCSD de la NSC que tengan resultados bajos
- Planificar y coordinar el proceso de asesoramiento.
- Informe mensual, trimestral y anual de los resultados de los mercados de la UE 19.
- Apoyar a FoE a petición para desarrollar/actualizar/cambiar el Proyecto
- Mantener actualizaciones diarias de sharepoint con FoE.
- Ser un SPOC para FoE y NSCs para todo tipo de solicitudes con el fin de cumplir con los resultados esperados del proyecto.

**La principal responsabilidad es**:

- Establecer el proceso de aseguramiento de la calidad necesario para garantizar la calidad y exactitud de los datos incluidos en el proyecto
- Diseñar y preparar la documentación para la ejecución del proyecto a nível de los concesionarios (propuesta de estructura del programa de asesoramiento, calendarios, encuestas, traducciones, etc.).
- Comunicación permanente con el responsable local de MSX del programa para la implantación local a nível de concesionario.
- Contacto permanente y apoyo al analista de datos en la consecución y mantenimiento actualizado del PT Dashboard.
- Crear reuniones periódicas con los mercados locales de MSX para compartir las mejores prácticas y resolver los puntos críticos pendientes.
- Reuniones periódicas de gobernanza y apoyo a los mercados locales de MSX en cualquier solicitud para una buena implementación del programa.

- Uso avanzado de las aplicaciones MS Office365, Conocimientos avanzados de **PowerPoint y Excel.**( se realizara prueba de excel )
- Pensamiento a largo plazo, paciencia y mentalidad de sostenibilidad.
- Adaptabilidad a la presión del tiempo y a las prioridades cambiantes.
- Flexible y proactivo.
- Valorable experiência / conocimiento de automocion ( principalmente posventa)
- Necesaria formacion universitaria
- **NIvel avanzado de ingles ( al menos C1 )**:

- Modelo de trabajo HIbrido, necesario asistir a las oficinas de MSX ( Madrid)
- **Experiência previa en gestion / coordinacion de proyectos** europeos/ internacionales
