Recruiter (Trilingual)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions in various European countries, such as Romania, Italy, and Spain.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies in highly competitive labor markets.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs for the organization.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods like referrals, online sourcing, partnerships, and events.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview debriefs.
- Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation processes.
- Measure and report sourcing and recruiting metrics, such as source of hire and time-to-fill.

**Requirements**:

- Professional or fluent proficiency in English, Romanian, Spanish, and if possible, Italian.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically for field service technician (or similar skilled labor roles) and sales professionals.
- Open to locations near Barcelona, Spain; Milan, Italy; or Stefanesti, Romania.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience working with Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Fluency in any additional languages, such as Dutch, French, German, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, and/or Norwegian.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization as part of a global Recruitment team.

**Salary**: 28,000.00€ - 38,000.00€ per year
