**Nous sommes en quête d’un chercheur post-doctorant pour nous aider à mener nos propres recherches.**

Paradox souhaite révolutionner le coaching à l’international.
Pour nous beaucoup de formation de coaching et développement personnel se contentent de répéter ce que tout le monde dit.
On souhaite faire avancer la compréhension de l’humain, valider les outils qu’on utilise et en développer de nouveaux.

On souhaite appuyer les enseignements qu’on dispense en produisant des recherches scientifiques rigoureuses.

Nous souhaitons que notre école de coaching (EDEC) soit le nouveau Harvard de la formation, et oui rien que ça Et pour y arriver, nous avons besoin de toi

Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, exercé à distance ou depuis nos formidables bureaux de Paris, Dubaï ou Barcelone.

Nous sommes convaincus que les gens ne veulent plus juste un job.

Ils ont soif d'un projet qui a du sens, que ce soit par le biais de l'entrepreneuriat ou de l'intrapreneuriat.

Mais...il est difficile d'y arriver sans trouver ce qui t’inspire vraiment et sans acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour y parvenir : productivité, leadership, prise de parole en public, coaching, gestion du stress...

C'est pourquoi nous concevons des formations et des contenus pour transmettre un **ensemble d'outils et de stratégies centrés sur les soft-skills, le développement personnel et la performance.**

**Paradox n’a qu’un but **:_aider les personnes et organisations à vivre leur vraie ambition_**

Le défi est que certaines personnes vivent le fait de se former comme ennuyeux, trop difficile, ou au contraire : comme un truc de looser

Oui, nous avons tous connu ce professeur ennuyeux ou sommes tombés sur cette vidéo avec des théories perchées.

Il faut que ça change

Pour y remédier nous nous entourons d’ingénieurs pédagogiques et de chercheurs pour décortiquer les stratégies d’entrepreneurs tels que Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Gary Vee), d’artistes ( Gad Elmaleh) et d’athlètes de haut niveauet les transmettre de manière pédagogique.

**Aujourd’hui, cette approche a porté ses fruits,** et nous a permis de dépasser les 2 millions de followers sur les réseaux, d’organiser des événements et formations en ligne suivies par des milliers de personnes.

Mais on voulait plus, alors on a créé 2 nouvelles marques à l’ambition internationale.

**TES MISSIONS**:
- ** Mener des experiences**
- Formulation d’hypothèses
- Elaboration d’un protocole d’expérimentation
- Utilisation de scanner, IRM ou autre technique de pointe qui permettent d’avoir les meilleurs résultats
- Analyser et interpréter les résultats
- Les rendre intelligibles pour le reste de l’équipe et des clients
- ** Publier nos résultats**
- Repérer les revues les plus prestigieuses et se familiariser avec leurs standards et leurs attentes
- Rédiger l’article selon le schéma traditionnel
- Soumettre l’article à revue
- Diffuser l’article sur les plateformes appropriées une fois validé
- ** Être une force de proposition**
- Te familiariser avec les thèmes et contenus traités par Paradox
- Sur la base de ces thèmes, proposer des pistes de recherche innovantes
- Proposer un plan d’action puis l’exécuter

**EST-CE QUE TU TE RECONNAIS ?**:

- Tu es diplômé/e en Neurosciences, Neurobiologie, ou Sciences Cognitives
- Tu es familier des techniques et des méthodologies de recherche, et a déjà participé à conduire des recherches
- Tu as déjà rédigé et publié des articles dans des revues scientifiques
- Tu as un certain sens de la pédagogie: tu sais alterner entre jargon technique et vocabulaire plus accessible en fonction de l’audience à laquelle tu t’adresses
- Tu es rigoureux, organisé et précis: en d’autres mots, tu vises l’excellence dans ce que tu fais
- Tu disposes d’une excellente maîtrise (écrite et orale) de la langue française ET anglaise.
