¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Análisis de requisitos funcionales y técnicos. Liderazgo de la gestión de proyectos CRM basados en tecnología SFDC. Dar soporte y supervisión a todo el equipo técnico. Ofrecer soluciones creativas en la resolución y el enfoque de problemas complejos. Gestión operativa e integral de los proyectos. Apoyar el desarrollo comercial y preventa de la empresa, asumiendo las funciones de elaboración y diseño de demos, pilotos y ofertas de servicios. Tareas de soporte a clientes con proyectos Salesforce activos. Desenvolverse interactuando con varios proyectos CRM basados en tecnología SFDC.
**Requisitos**:
¿Qué buscamos? Grado o experiência equivalente, idealmente en informática u otra ingeniería. Experiência como desarrollador sénior y/o Salesforce Technical Lead. Experiência en diferentes nubes: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud. Certificaciones oficiales en al menos dos nubes de Salesforce. Dominio de APEX, VisualForce, componentes web (Lightning y Aura) y SFDX lightning integration framework. Experiência en integraciones custom (RESTful y SOAP) entre Salesforce y otros sistemas. Se valorará experiência/conocimiento en Mulesoft. Liderazgo del equipo técnico. JIRA/ Metodología agile/scrum. Se valorará disponer de certificaciones oficiales en gestión, métodos ágiles y datos. Nível de inglés B2 o superior.
