**Tasks**
- _ To contribute to the FW/HW Validation Plan in coordination with the IVVQM of the project according to requirements specification_
- _ To define the test means which are necessary for the Validation tests._
- _ To perform the integration of the FW and HW in the early breadboard_
- _ To perform the debugging of the HW/FW integration from the FPGA point of view, by detecting the HW/FW design bugs to be solved by the rest of the project team (HW, FW or DSP algorithms responsible)_
- _ To generate the Validation Report of the activity carried out. _
- _To review the Design, Development and Validation Plan of the FPGA according to the FPGA requirements in order to ensure consistency with the FW/HW Validation Plan._
- _ To participate in the unit design reviews with customers in an international environment.**CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS U**S
- Experience in IVV (Integration Verification and Validation) strategies for signal processing functions developed for FPGAs which are included in electronic systems.
- Experience in IVV ((Integration Verification and Validation) activity including DSP functions and FW debugging, integration and validation in a HW element.
- Experience in designing and implementation of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms in FW for FPGAs.
- Good knowledge of FPGA, microprocessors and System on Chip devices (MPSoC, RFSoC).
- Knowledge of Digital electronics circuits and interfaces such as communication buses, memories, FPGAs
- Use of test instrumentation: Spectrum Analysers, Network Analysers, Signal Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, Data Patterns Generators, Oscilloscopes, BER meters
- Proficient in English.
- Spanish knowledge recommendable

**Tools**
- Simulation software: MATLAB, Simulink
- Software Programming: C/C++, Python
- Validation Tools such as ILA - Xilinx, Lauterbach Probe, GRMON, JTAG
- REQtify or similar Requirements Traceability tool.
- Ability to manage schedule and cost of Integration and Validation activities
- Ability to anticipate and manage risks and opportunities associated to IVV activity.
- Team work, improvement spirit, pragmatic, results oriented, dynamic, accountable and proactive.
- Capable of having an overall vision of the solution and to focus on each individual component.
- Motivated to learn new technologies, and space-business processes and tools
- Capable to solve engineering problems within risk, cost & schedule constraints
- Valued Experience in Agile methodology.
- Willing to face challenges
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
