**Key Deliverables of the Role**:
- Working with project management team to schedule physicians within client availability.
- Engage online desk-research methods and utilize recruitment tools to identify/engage contacts for research engagement.
- Speaking with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to double check their qualification.
- Engaging physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel to take part in research when necessitated.
- Updating client schedules, sending calendar invites.
- Keeping interviewees organized with written and phone reminders.
- Onboarding interviewees into a platform, communication with moderators or promoting continued engagement.
- Qualified recruiter responsibilities
**Essential Qualifications and Experience Required**:
- Native French, Fluent English (written and spoken), another European Language a plus
University graduate with marketing or Management degree.- Undergraduate or working experience in an English-speaking country.
- An inquisitive mind and ability to problem-solve
**Beneficial IT Skills**:
- Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point, Outlook)
- Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies
**‘Role Specific’ Technical Skills or Knowledge Required**:
- High level of personal initiative.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in English - other languages a plus.
- Outgoing - confidence to speak with and cold call healthcare professionals.
