What You Will Do in This Role:
Main function is to support the Brown-Forman Marketing team working with the Marketing Manager to assist on the execution of JDTW annual plans and the rest of the Jack family in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Sales & Supply chain for the Spanish market.
How You'll Know This Role Is For You:
- Provide support to the Marketing Team in development of Marketing Plans with specific sales objectives.- Coordinates Marketing activities to reassure:
- Delivery and management of materials necessary for marketing actions.-
- Ensure necessary legal and compliance requirements are met.-
- Evaluation and closure of projects.-
- Manage the creative agency to prepare briefings, follow up on timings.- Support in monitoring the activities/promotions / communications carried out by the main competitors (ATL / BTL).- Proactively prepares/collects and shares Best Practice examples for the key monthly/annual presentations.- Establish and nurture effective collaborative relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.- Budget monitoring (Invoice review, budget update, Invoice coding (to deliver to Administration).
What Exactly Are We Looking For?:
- Education: College/University (Bachelor or Equivalent); Business or Marketing- Experience: At least 1 year- FMCG experience- Languages: Fluent in Spanish, high level of English- Good level of MS Tools (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Drive as Google Slides.
