We are a Public Sector business line, specialised in innovative transformation services to economic, tax, contracting and human resources management areas for International Organisations. We want to boost the digitisation of these management processes to achieve, using technologies (ERP, Cloud, Big Data Analytics, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.) a more proactive, agile, efficient, and transparent management.

We are currently looking for a SCRUM Master

**Skill sets / Main functions**:
Guide and coach the team and the organization on agile principles & values, scrum ceremonies, etc.
Improve the productivity of the team by following inspect and adapt practices
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and demos
Manage scrum team and maintain focus on backlog and sprint timeline
Improve transparency within the team and broader organization
Track and remove team's impediments. Identify the true source of obstacles and demonstrate skill overcoming difficult obstacles impacting the team. Anticipate and prevent potential obstacles before they occur
Inspire creative solutions that eliminate waste and improve team throughput. Effectively influence change outside the team which improves team throughput
Partner and coach Product Owner and Business Owner to maintain visible, detailed and prioritized backlog
Communicate clearly within scrum teams and with business teams
Coordinate team's participations in the operating model including quarterly release planning and scrum of scrums
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure strong cross-group collaboration
Track & assess team's performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Establish best practices in agile implementation that align with the pace and reality of our business
Manage and Coordinate activities with relevant vendors as directed by the TGF team lead.
Assess resourcing capacity and perform forward planning of activities with the teams
Report back on progress, risks, issues and actions
Monthly reporting to PMO team on the projects being coordinated
Ensure relevant project gates are passed with appropriate approvals
