Workshop Supervisor

Ryanair Engineering delivered by SIAM is one of four facilities in Europe that make up the Ryanair heavy maintenance engineering group. At the facility in Seville (Spain) we are responsible for conducting extensive base maintenance checks on Ryanair’s fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft. We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
- Supervise & organise manpower and planning
- Allocation and prioritisation of tasks and management of technical jobs
- Organise and evaluate repairs
- Ordering & progressing spares
- Ensuring documentation is completed correctly in accordance with maintenance and company procedures
- Ensuring that company regulations and policies are enforced
- Ensuring the work area and environment are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Developing skills of all staff, including apprentices and trainee mechanics
- Assist with & carry out avionic component repairs
- Assist with adding additional/new capability
- Any additional tasks allocated by management

**Requirements**:

- Experience of inspecting components & compiling work packs/job cards
- Must have or be willing to work towards gaining company CRS approval
- Previous supervisory experience essential
- Must be flexible, including availability to work occasional night shift and overtime as and when required
