**Position**:
**Need and flow management**
Analyse demand of material and components for collection and carry-overs. Identify material and components (including semi-finished) needs, measure long term needs and variation, and define purchasing and coverage strategy.
Help to negotiate or negotiate the best purchasing and stock conditions with suppliers. Manage contracts with suppliers and follow-up execution.
Define Loewe internal process to monitor carry over material / component entry, evolution and end of life, deploy and animate the process internally in Loewe and with external partners.
Define and implement the reporting tools accordingly to objectives.
**Stocks**
Mesure all stocks, (Loewe, vendor and suppliers), and monitor projected stocks.
Analyse leftover from collection pre-buys and buys, and identify gap with target.
Identify potential re-use and obsolete stocks, validate status with LOEWE departments.
Manage stock to reduce permanently quantities according to objectives.
Define process of analysis, frequency, implement and manage it with Loewe departments and external partners.
Define and implement the reporting tools accordingly to objectives
**Continuous Improvement of Purchasing and flow management**
Analyse / improve / implement purchasing supply and stock management processes, systems use and measure improvement.
**Profile**:
**EXPERIENCE, SOFT & TECHNICAL SKILLS AND LANGUAGE REQUIRED**
Total number of years of experience, years in same position
- 5 years of experience in Ready to Wear or Leather goods, within a Brand or manufacturer significantly developed structure with efficient organisation, ex. fast fashions references like Inditex
- Technical or business management background preferred, 4 years in Purchasing or supply chain management
- Willing to build something of his own, setting-up and animating quality process and procedures incl. KPIs management
- Drive improvement plans with internal and external partners
- Leadership, excellent communication
Academic Background
- Engineering, science degree or business administration degree
Languages required
- English, fluent C1, mandatory and proven
- Spanish min B level
- Italian speaker if possible
- French is a plus
Computer skills
- Developed analytical and Excel skills, knowledge of powerBi and office suite tools, used to work with large data sheets and dashboard management.
