**SANTANDER GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS is looking for a CYBERSECURITY EXERCISING AND READINESS MANAGER, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As **Cybersecurity Exercising and Readiness Manager, **you will provide your expertise to the Global Cyber Incident Management Team to improve their processes, being aligned with best practices and national and internal regulations, hugely impacting positively our response globally and across countries.

You will have to face the challenge to define the Incident Response of the future, designing processes, procedures and cyber exercises focused on how to respond to incidents that impact Cloud Infrastructure, Supply Chain and Blockchain, among others.

We need somebody like you to provide value in different fronts:
1. Building a best-in-class intelligence-led **incident management capability **that rapidly responds to cyberattacks.
- Design and implementation of Cyber Incident Management processes based in best practices, from Incident Response Plans to more technical and specific Response Playbooks.
- Leadership and maintenance of Global Cyber Incident Management Team documental framework.
- Advise and follow-up entities in different geographies on the creation and implementation of local Cyber Incident Management processes.

2. Coordinate, plan and deliver a program of **Cyber exercises and wargames **for technical teams.
- Capability-building for entities and teams with cyber exercises of different levels of difficulty and involvement.
- Broaden Cyber Exercising Programme through new innovative initiatives based on gamification.

3. **Analytics **leader:

- Define, refine and implement incident handling & response, information assurance and CSIRT procedures and policies within the Incident Response Platform.
- Creation of a metrics catalogue for senior management and regulators.
- Perform statistical analysis and draw conclusions in a monthly report.

4. **Audit **coordination:

- Support on audit and certification processes.
- Leadership on the implementation of resulting recommendations.
- Consolidate our best-in-class Cyber Incident Management process by renewing ISO27001 certification.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Incident Response.

EDUCATION
- Computer Engineering / Computer Science or similar

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Required
- Knowledge of Incident Response and Handling methodologies - Experienced level.
- Knowledge of most common cyber incident scenarios and strategies to mitigate their impacts.
- Knowledge of cyber attack stages (e.g., reconnaissance, scanning, enumeration, gaining access, escalation of privileges, maintaining access, network exploitation, covering tracks).
- Knowledge of domestic and international laws governing information security (NIST, DORA, etc.)
- Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
- Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery best practices.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish.

Recommended
- Desired one or more of the following certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GCIH).
- Experience in the financial and consultancy industries.
