¿Buscas un nuevo reto en tu carrera profesional? Esta es tu oportunidad de dar el siguiente paso en su carrera como **Entertainment Manager** de nuestro **Palladium Hotel Menorca**.

Tu misión principal será elaborar, ejecutar y supervisar el programa de actividades diarias basado en la imagen y estilo del hotel para garantizar experiências que mejoren la estancia de nuestros clientes conjuntamente con el Director de Animación. Organiza el tiempo de ocio de los clientes mediante actividades recreativas, deportivas, diurnas y nocturnas, y gestionar al equipo de animadores.

**Tus funciones principales serán**:

- Diseñar el programa de animación y organiza las diferentes actividades en función de las características del grupo turístico o de los posibles clientes (tamaño del grupo, edad, cultura, motivación, etc.).
- Obtener todos los materiales necesarios para llevar a cabo las actividades de animación: talleres, fitness, wellness
- Realizar la instalación y el control de equipos de luz y sonido poco complejos.
- Monitorizar todas las actividades contempladas en el programa de animación.
- Organización diaria del departamento y tareas
- Limpieza del material empleado en el desarrollo de las actividades
- Evaluar el grado de acogida que tienen las actividades entre los clientes con el objetivo de realizar las mejoras necesarias y conseguir una programación atractiva.
- Promocionar entre sus clientes las diferentes actividades.
- Atender las posibles reclamaciones.
- Presupuestar los costes del programa de animación conjuntamente con el Director de Animación.

- Ingles nível alto

**Otros requisitos deseables**:

- Formación extra como Inef o tafad
- Conocimientos de un tercer idioma
