**A Typical Day**:

- ** Drafting and Negotiating Contracts**: Draft, negotiate, and review various commercial agreements, including API terms, terms of service, master service agreements, and referral or reseller agreements.
- ** Privacy Compliance**: Provide support on privacy-related issues and projects, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating data processing agreements with customers and partners.
- ** Marketing Compliance**: Review marketing communications to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- ** Training**: Provide training to internal clients on legal issues such as marketing compliance, antitrust regulations, contract negotiation, and privacy.
