**We are looking for**
- 5+ years of relevant experience as IT Business Analyst for software development (complete lifecycle) in Mainframe/Microfocus (Cobol/CICS/DB2) environments.
- Bachelor´s degree
- Knowledge of investment funds and asset management functional domains
- Ability to build strong relationships and networking across Business and IT teams
- Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a well performing team.
- High levels of organizational, autonomy, self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results on complex IT projects to the appropriate quality, cost and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle, software development processes, IT operations processes - past experience as programmer required.
- Experience in SW development projects, transformation projects and/or 3rd party solution integrations.
