We are looking for a Reliability Engineer.

You will be involved in creating the best maintenance to underpin safety, stability, and productivity. You will work to achieve the goals set and support the development of a good maintenance team.
As a person, it is important that you could think long-term, set long-term goals and see wholeness in processes. You have a good understanding of the process and are solution oriented. You have a good ability to communicate and collaborate. You have an analytical approach that allows you to base decisions on well-documented facts for the best possible solutions and improvements.
The main tasks will be:
- Create a vibrant 1st line maintenance and maintenance program that creates stability and predictability.
- Analyze events to improve processes and machines.
- Perform lifetime analyses and strategize for lifetime and maintenance.
- Be a driving force and support in the introduction of digital tools.
- Analyze maintenance methods and organizational conditions for continuous improvement.
- Support and drive for team development
Desired qualifications:
- Experience with Lean
- Knowledge of World Class Maintenance philosophy/methods
- Proficient in Spanish and English
- Interest in digitalization, improvement, and modern maintenance
