Misión del puesto:
En el puesto de Project Manager para la Gestión de Relaciones Comerciales en Condé Nast, serás una parte vital del crecimiento y la función del equipo. Este puesto requiere una persona proactiva, motivada y muy organizada, con experiência en gestión de proyectos o análisis de datos/negocios.

Como miembro de un equipo diverso e internacional, deberá ser un comunicador eficaz en inglés hablado y escrito, y sentirse cómodo colaborando con otros equipos del departamento. Su capacidad para gestionar múltiples demandas, priorizar eficazmente en un entorno de ritmo rápido y resolver problemas de forma independiente utilizando sus conocimientos técnicos será esencial para tener éxito en este puesto. También se espera que demuestre una ética de trabajo cooperativa y flexible, junto con un impulso para completar tareas y perseguir acciones pendientes de varias partes en diferentes mercados.

**Responsabilidades**:
Gestión de proyectos y tareas:

- Ejecutar miniproyectos, gestionar solicitudes y problemas y fomentar iniciativas de mejora.
- Tomar la iniciativa a la hora de gestionar y completar tareas, a la vez que sirve de enlace con múltiples partes en diferentes mercados.
- Evaluar y clasificar las solicitudes entrantes, asegurándose de que se clasifican y priorizan adecuadamente.
- Asumir la responsabilidad del seguimiento y la resolución de tickets y problemas, garantizando la resolución oportuna y la escalada cuando sea necesario.
- Aumentar activamente los conocimientos técnicos para localizar y resolver problemas de forma independiente.

Comunicación y colaboración:

- Colaborar con los gestores de relaciones comerciales en la gestión de tickets y problemas.
- Organizar reuniones con partes internas y externas para hablar de productos y servicios específicos.
- Comunicar las actualizaciones y resoluciones a las partes pertinentes, manteniendo una comunicación clara y eficaz durante todo el proceso de gestión de tickets.

Documentación y análisis de datos:

- Ayudar a crear y mantener una documentación organizada y de fácil acceso en un repositorio centralizado.
- Analizar y mejorar los datos de productos captados por los mercados para la toma de decisiones informadas y la transición a diferentes tecnologías y procesos.
- Documentar el alcance de la solución, los requisitos empresariales y las transformaciones de los procesos.
- Revisar la documentación local y trabajar con expertos en la materia para mejorarla a fin de facilitar las transiciones.

Funciones administrativas y operativas:

- Gestionar el rastreador de acciones del equipo, asegurándose de que las tareas se identifican y priorizan para su finalización.
- Buscar la información que falta de las partes internas y externas.
- Revisar los contratos para conocer las fechas y condiciones de salida y resumir la información para la toma de decisiones.
- Actualizar ServiceNow para proveedores y contratos de mercado, asegurándose de que todos los registros se añaden y actualizan con nueva información.
- Prestar apoyo operativo a las partes interesadas.

**Requisitos**:

- Nível de ingles: C1-C2. Se valorará conocimiento en otros idiomas (francés, alemán o italiano).
- Experiência demostrada en proyectos en funciones de analista y/o ejecución de proyectos (por ejemplo, BA, PM, analista de PMO, dominio de herramientas para seguimiento de proyectos fundamentalmente Jira y Confluence para documentación.).
- Experiência de trabajo con un equipo y una base de clientes dispersos geográficamente en distintas zonas horarias.
