**Purpose of the Job**

To perform the design of Boolean Logic to be applied to the stations and blocks to be developed.

To manage system requirements implementation and validation, for ALSTOM IXL projects (electronic interlocking).

To assure the correct feedback on future projects, using the return of experience coming back from V & V processes.

To provide technical collaboration at project level, for developing and testing as follows:
To understand system requirements, as set by customer, and carry out gap analysis with ALSTOM standard platform. He will work in the engineering phase of Boolean Logic development for electronic interlocking (Tests of Boolean Logic for control/command of interlocking).

To coordinate with other engineering team members and other disciplines of the project

To perform engineering activities required for system/subsystems, to match customer’s requirements, considering Quality/Cost/Delivery (QCD) objectives of the project

**Measurement**
- Work finished before the deadline of the activity in the general planning of the project.
- Acceptance and satisfaction by the customer.
- Quality of the deliveries (documentation and work products).

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for technical tasks

To perform the design of Boolean Logic of IXL, during the development phase and even the commissioning phase.

By doing so, always must have in mind if the compliance with the customer’s requirements are aligned with ALSTOM standard platform policy
- Ensures the quality of his job to contribute to the quality of the system being delivered

**Accountabilities**
- QCD of the part of the project assigned to him for the Work Package Owner

University degree (High level) in industrial or telecom engineering. Others can be accepted.

**Desired Knowledge / Experience**
- At least five (5) years of previous experience in Electronic Interlocking Design activities, with good knowledge of Signalling for Railways.
- To have programming and automation skills
- High level in English is a must
