LA OPORTUNIDAD:
Estamos buscando a un/a persona para formar parte del área de Trade Marketing & Customer Marketing para formar parte de nuestro equipo en las oficinas centrales de Barcelona. Es una gran oportunidad para gestionar el crecimiento de nuestras marcas en la categoría de Helados.
CONTRIBUIRÁS A TRÁVES DE:
- Activar y asegurar la ejecución de las palancas clave de trade marketing (surtido, promoción y activación en puntos de venta).
- Fijación, análisis y post-evaluación de KPI’s para medir y valorar los resultados de la estrategia y planes de activación definidos.
- Definición y control del plan de activación de las marcas, alineado con el equipo de Marketing y la estrategia por marca.
- Análisis interno y seguimiento del mercado de nuestras principales marcas de helados y KPI’s
- Trabajar con los proveedores clave para la activación de los planes previamente definidos: agencias de diseño, impresores, agencias de activación en punto de venta, agencias de marketing directo, etc.
- Plan de lanzamiento e innovación gestionando con el equipo de Marketing de in Home.
LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO:
- Grado en ADE, Economía, Marketing, o similar
- Valorable experiência profesional en un puesto similar de trade marketing o ventas.
- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y personas.
- Persona responsable, con iniciativa y capaz de gestionar un alto nível de complejidad en el día a día.
- Mentalidad de negocio y dominio de P&L de la empresa.
- Conocimientos informáticos elevados en PowerPoint (presentaciones) y Excel (análisis).
- Experiência demostrada en pasión por el crecimiento y trabajo en equipo.
- Nível avanzado de castellano e inglés.
- Autonomía de gestión de proyectos end to end.
