**Hello**

As Factorial continues scaling our mission of boosting the next generation of people-first SMB’s, we’re hiring a Senior DevSecOps in our Security Team. We provide organisations around the globe with the best tools, information and knowledge to help their people succeed.

We use Infra as Code and Python, but it is not mandatory to be proficient on those. We believe that someone who has good aptitudes and is hungry for learning is what works best.

**About YOU**
- **You are an owner**: Security background in AWS Cloud.
- **You love understanding**: Knowledge about AWS Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes vulnerabilities / misconfigurations
- **You are a learner**: Collaboration with our Systems team
- **You are a mentor**:Publication of security tools or papers in security conferences
- **You are polyglot**:Fluent in English (written and spoken)

We have a Career Path with a rubric framework where we define what is expected for each experience level and skill we're evaluating. This framework will allow you to know at which level you're right now and what do you need to continue growing in the company.

**What will YOU be doing?**
- You will identify relevant vulnerabilities in the AWS Cloud, exploit them, and accompany the Systems team to patch them
- You will protect and monitor AWS resources
- You will participate in the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) tests
- You will perform red team operations e.g. phishing / malware campaigns, intrusion inside physical offices, among others
