As a Dev Ops Engineer at Homelike you will take ownership for maintaining and developing our cloud-based infrastructure and its performance and availability while being part of our cross functional tech team Do you want to provide your technical expertise to extend our product and drive innovation in our tech company? Tasks

**How you are part of our success story**:

- As Dev Ops Engineer you are responsible for maintaining, developing and designing our modern cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) based on infrastructure as code
- You own our infrastructure performance and availability
- You are responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting our system, our infrastructure and our network-related incidents (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- As part of our cross functional tech team you envision, design, implement, maintain and extend our internal SaaS product which is the foundation of our tech company
- You implement and operate monitoring, logging, alerting interfaces in order to empower our engineers to take responsibility over their tasks
- You provide technical expertise and architectural know-how of AWS best practices

**Requirements**:
**What you need to convince us**:

- You have 2+ years of experience as Dev Ops Engineer or in a similar role
- You are familiar with infrastructure as code technologies (Kubernetes, Cloudformation, Terraform, serverless) and modern cloud-based infrastructures (AWS)
- You have hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambdas, Kinesis, ES, VPC, MongoDB setup, Nginx.
- You ideally possess expertise in programming or software engineering and know everything about modern web technologies
- You are highly goal-oriented, work extremely conscientiously and like to work in an agile environment and within cross functional teams
- You share a startup/scaleup mindset, know what it takes to build a tech company and want to understand what is necessary to provide in order to make our products and services better every day
- You are willing to document and keep the current documentation updated
