**Preferred qualifications**:

- USA Certification
- Five or more years of teaching experience
- Experience in differentiating instruction, and supporting students with learning challenges
- Knowledge of the American style of education and standards
- Our School Day
- We run 2 shifts. Teachers start at 8:00 and finish at 16:00 or start at 10:00 and finish at 18:00. Teachers are expected to attend the weekly staff meeting (timetable permitting).

Job Benefits:

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic High School Math teacher to join our team at the Rafa Nadal International School (RNS) on the beautiful island of Mallorca here in Spain.

RNS can be found within the grounds of the Rafa Nadal Academy. **Role and Responsibilities**

The duties of the teacher may include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
**Instruction**
- Providing instruction to students in grades 6 to 12, as requested
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position
- Willingly assisting the instructional process in its many forms
- Supporting school-wide instructional initiatives
- Gathering student data through observation, dialogue, testing tools, etc., and designing strategies to meet student needs
- Remaining current with American standards and other instructional requirements
- Supporting student learning through thoughtful planning and preparation and sound classroom management practices
