KYMOS offers a wide range of analytical services in Medicinal Chemistry to optimize the research, the development and the quality control for innovative, generic and biological drug substances and drug products from the preclinical stage to market.

KYMOS also has an extensive experience in developing and validating bioanalytical methods and sample analysis in any biological matrix using the latest technology. Mass spectrometry and immunology laboratories are available to carry out small molecule and biologic projects

KYMOS is also an international group with affiliates in Italy, PHARMAPROGRESS and in Germany, PROLYTIC

We are looking for a Providers Accounting Technician to be a key member of our Finance and Administration team.

Key responsibilities for this position are:

- Issuance and accounting of invoices.
- Control and booking accruals and deferrals.
- Introduction of accounting entries.
- Control of charges and payments.
- Incident management and daily contact with providers.
- Management of claims and complaints.
- Support in accounting closings.
- Following, reviewing, and accounting of travel expenses.
- Help and support, and collaboration in administrative tasks in the financial department.
- Execution of reports in excel and dynamic tables.
- It will be valued:

- Tax preparation and presentation.
- Knowledge in treasury bookings and bank reconciliations.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and decisive person with:

- Minimum studies of CFGS in Administration and Finance.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and some accounting software (SAP, NET SUIT, ORACLE, DYNAMICS.), preferably Net Suite
- English Level C1.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and functions.
