Tasks
he customer care agent will handle the entire part of customer service, from A to Z, to both current and potential new customers:
- invoicing and the dunning process
- payments (incl. dropping procedure of customers, payments plans, deferred payments and when to cancel costs
- tariff changes (incl. proposing a product change or a discount)
- To treat complains
- To do retention
- To increase clients satisfaction while building and maintaining
- good and long-term customer relationships
- To handle move requests
**Requirements**:
- Native Dutch / Flemish + English
- Experience with CRM systems & MS Office
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Good logical and analytical thinking
