In this highly visible, critical Finance role supporting our Hoffman EMEAI business you will be the Finance business partner as well as own key FP&A processes. You will lead core financial processes (i.e., Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, Monthly Reporting & Analysis). You will be the face of Finance for Sales, Pricing, Marketing, IT, Product Management and HR functions. This role will provide a tremendous learning opportunity in the areas of Finance business partnership, FP&A and Finance support.

WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE:

- Coordinates the end-to-end development of annual operating plans including process flow, timeline, review meeting coordination, document creation and control, and financial consolidation for Hoffman EMEAI.
- Provides Finance leadership to the Hoffman EMEAI partners and acts as trusted Finance counselor to these teams
- Leads all aspects of the quarterly forecast processes with an emphasis on developing high-quality forecasts with a thorough understanding of potential risks and opportunities.
- Tracks and analyzes performance against the financial plan, forecast, and prior year. Works to identify the root cause for shortfalls vs. plan and prior year as required. Identifies, recommends and implements corrective action plans as the need arises.
- Partners with the HR organization to understand and forecast census and people cost
- Leads data collection and consolidation required to understand sales and margin analysis, structural cost analysis, customer and product profitability, pricing, market dynamics and working capital optimization.
- Develops a standard reporting package to communicate results to management and the leadership team (including weekly Pulse, bowling charts and others). Summarizes key conclusions and recommends opportunities for improvement where appropriate.
- Develops or improves the tools to support analyzing the results and performance of the sales channels, vertical markets, product lines or categories, and geographical regions.
- Track platform actions, budgets, and various initiatives to ensure accuracy of financial forecasts and budget reviews.
- Finds opportunities for improving financial processes and applies Lean tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of those processes.
- Supports key initiatives in the area of financial reporting and forecasting systems and ERP implementation and conversion and other prioritized activities.

YOU HAVE:

- Requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance. MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Operational Finance, or Corporate Finance; knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
- Intense drive, speed in execution and determination to succeed
- Capability to build relationships and influence peers to adopt the required course of action and influence optimally in ambiguous situations, can clearly express oneself orally and in writing
- Fact-based problem solving; uses sound judgment
- Formal presentation skills and ability to use OneStream, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and visual analytics
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility for work outcomes; Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; inspires trust and open communication and has the ability to work as part of a team
- Must be flexible, organized and able to accurately work under time constraints and deadlines
- Must fluently speak and write English. Languages as Italian, Spanish, Polish or Romanian would be a plus
