**Program Summary**
KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution
**Job Summary**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage an operational segment of Engineering, directing efforts towards achieving company's strategic goals.
- Drive business development and marketing initiatives both internally and externally, fostering growth and client engagement.
- Monitor and facilitate the pursuit of opportunities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strategic prioritization.
- Optimize operational outcomes by establishing clear goals and making informed decisions.
- Contribute to strategy development from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
**Basic Qualifications**
- US Citizenship Required
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture from an ABET accredited college or university, or approved equivalent.
- 8 + years experience in design, construction, inspection, and preparation of plans and specifications for major real property facilities.
- 4+ years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- 3+ years experience managing engineering activities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- DoD installation-level working experience.
- Registered as a PE or RA.
