**Job purpose**
- Delivers all Madrid PLAN activities/processes on site in a yearly, monthly, weekly cadence. Some of these activities are Business Planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Material Resource Planning - secure the weekly planning drumbeat and performance.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Lead the planning function critical metrics (e.g Schedule Attainment, DNBR (Days Before Next Run). Drives fulfillment against regional supply plan.
- Represents the PLAN function in the site leadership team. Accountable for cascading the regional Plan OGSM to the plant’s team while ensuring proper integration with plant’s priorities
- Drives operational excellence with their team to meet the given business targets Ensure optimal production planning to deliver requirements while at the continuous base keeping the factory cost and inventory in-balance.
- Co-own with the site leader, the site’s agility implementation roadmap to achieve best in class in term of production frequency, replenishment lead-time. and any other levers for an agile and responsiveness supply chain.
- Supervises planning resources located in the Madrid plant
- Drive planning activities related to New Product Launches
- Plans with excellence to reduce excess and obsolete material

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Self-starter with high integrity and ethical behavior consistent with Our Credo
- Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is required, with a preference for OMP
- Proven strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient communication skills
- Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency
- Knowledge of new product commercialization processes

**Qualifications**:
**Relevant Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of experience in various supply chain functions.
- Proven experience in plant planning and material planning
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Pharmaceuticals strongly preferred
- Fluent in Spoken and Written English and Spanish
