DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Material Management
**General description / Misión**:
Work team coordination and RP management. Perform ordinary tasks of logistics activities (warehouse - transportation) on site.
**Tasks / Funciones**:
Warehouse management (reception, preparation of orders, updating in computer system, inventory control...).
Receiving (stock counting against delivery note), physical handling and correct placement at locations of the components and tools delivered to the warehouse.
Ensure that the materials are delivered in perfect condition to third parties; otherwise report any detected problem in the materials or equipment to Quality dpt. to be registered.
Transportation management (tracking and coordination of means between port-transporter-destination, road survey, control and monitoring of compliance of delivery plan).
Request-control of authorizations / permits, delivery notes or necessary documentation for the transport, management of transport orders in system...),
Follow the handling and transportation instructions.
Prepare and finalize kits and material´s operations.
Make inventories periodically.
Keep equipment and work facilities in good conditions.
To follow the requirements of the safety and health plan or any other safety or environmental directive or directive applicable to the project.
To elaborate reports to be sent to global function ( related to activity, inventory, tracking..).
