Support to Offers Management Implementation of Airbus corporate process of Maturity Gates TT.MP.MP.M002 within all the offers captured by the A400M Programme Unit, from MG 0 to MG 5 Definition of key milestones for all the offers, scheduling and planning into UP As the offer matures and reaches G5, adapt the move from “offer” to “project”, securing a smooth transition into the execution phase Update Governance of TAA-A4-PL-18-0013 “Programme Driven Offers Management guideline for A400M” Secure contribution to Assumption Packs to trigger EAC cycles Maintain specific Dashboard for Offers Management and related KPIs, with special focus on:

- Finance Performance
- Identification of Payment milestones

Support to Export Plateau Preparation of Plateau sessions and workshops Planning and Follow up of actions Creation and maintenance of Dashboard

Support to WP TAAS Compile WP relevant information into TAAS dashboard Secure timely contribution of information to all request inside and outside A400M Risk Management: Update ARM and secure contribution to L1 / L2 reviews Collect evidences of payment milestones Serve as coordination between al CPMs and other program stakeholders
