**Talent Acquisition Manager Iberia - Barcelona**
**Job Mission**
As a **Talent Acquisition Manager**,** you will be responsible for the recruitment agenda in Reckitt's Iberia business, in identifying and recruiting top talent to support our growth. You will run the end-to-end recruitment processes for departments such as; sales, finance, legal, marketing, eCommerce.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand organisational goals and forecasted hiring needs to build effective recruitment plans
- Continue activities on building awareness regarding recruitment process and make on-going improvement of process
- Report and analyse HR data and market trends.
- Help in building KPIs and SLAs for recruitment area to measure performance
**Additional Requirements**:
- Have 3/4 years experience in finding best talents as talent acquisition specialist
- English high level required
- A people person, genuinely passionate about recruitment and delivering the best quality practices
- An action-oriented problem solver able to balance several tasks and priorities with resilience and a positive attitude
- A collaborator, who works effectively and possess strong stakeholder’s management skills
- A proactive individual, with process improvement mindset of existing processes, and initiatives
