**Our client who is based in three countries is looking for a Lead Gameplay Animator to work on multiple AAA titles.**

**This is a on-site role based in either Copenhagen, Barcelona, and Malmo.**

**What you will do**:

- Lead the animation team in the process of creating animations that fits the style and vision and has a great feel on the sticks.
- Support the animators in growing their skillset to reach a compelling animation style and drive the animation vision for the team.
- Bring Vision into imaginative motion through a keyframe.
- Work with the Animation Director and Producers to ensure that their creative vision will be produced within the production timeline.

**Who you are**:

- Someone who can craft animations without solely relying on Motion Capture.
- Someone who can create benchmark animations for the team when necessary.
- A naturally curious individual with a mindset that is not afraid to learn new things.
