We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team on a part-time basis, specifically working every Monday. As an IT Support Technician (EUS L1), you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users across various platforms and devices. Your primary duties will include responding to technical support requests, troubleshooting IT issues, managing user accounts, installing and configuring software, performing hardware maintenance, and documenting support activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- User Account Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts according to company policies. Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and access permissions.
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform basic hardware maintenance tasks such as replacing faulty components and peripherals. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements under warranty.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided to end users. Document common issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Remote Assistance: Utilize remote desktop tools to provide real-time support to end users located at remote sites or working from home.
- Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior IT support staff or specialized teams for further investigation and resolution. Follow established escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with end users, ensuring a positive customer experience. Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in English (C1) and local language (B1/B2)**.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
- Work permit for Mondays is required.
