Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative for technical field support of the best Cargo Helicopter in the world, the CH-47F aircraft at Spanish Army Aviation (FAMET) Helicopter Base Ctra. Guadalix Km 1.7 C.P. 28770 Colmenar Viejo, Madrid, Spain. The position will initially start Spain and will travel to the Boeing Philadelphia site for initial FSR training and then will return to Madrid, Spain.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Liaison between BGS - Service Engineering and the customer for the analysis and the resolution of Technical issues of the CH-47F Fleet originated during the Operations and/or scheduled/unscheduled maintenance.
- Performs "Over-The-Shoulder" troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems
- Provides customer focused technical field "Over-The-Shoulder" support of CH-47F aircraft
- Aids the customer in troubleshooting procedures for drives, propulsion, pneudraulic, electrical and armament systems
- Resolves maintenance and operational issues
- Interprets technical documents and monitors product performances
- Develop and conduct ad hoc training in an informal/on-the-job training environment
- Responds to operational issues by interpreting technical documents to identify, diagnose and resolve issues in support of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
- Collaborates with company organizations to isolate equipment problems not detected by diagnostics and standard documentation
- Collects technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures to address potential support issues
- Manages field office resources and maintains company presence
- Prepares and submits required data using various reporting methods using strong written and oral communication skills
- Work closely with your Manager and Program Manager to assure routine reports of Fleet status/issues and/or any Customer request/concern
- Interface with all levels of customer organizations
- Familiar with MS office and capable of concise reporting and remote communications
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job requires

**Position Responsibilities and tasks**:

- Leads technical field support of company products.
- Performs troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems and specialty coverage.
- Resolves maintenance and operational issues.
- Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
- Develops and conducts ad hoc training.
- Communicate complex technical situations with the Program Manager and support engineers
- Technical advice for troubleshooting and repair at aircraft Organizational and Intermediate (O&I) maintenance levels to support air base operations.
- On-the-Job-Training to aircraft mechanics for O&I level maintenance tasks.
- Aircraft systems operation explanation to customer maintenance and aircrew personnel.
- Short notice “Surge” support at customer designated off-site or field locations on ad-hoc basis

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Must speak Fluent Spanish and English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working maintenance for CH-47D or CH-47F aircraft

**Typical Education/ Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years of related work experience, 7 years of related work experience, etc.).
