Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead. This position is a member of the Repair and Maintenance crew in Medicine Hat and the surrounding area. As a Repair & Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources.
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills- Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy- Willingness to relocate- An agricultural background would be considered an asset.
