We are looking to recruit a highly motivatedfull time **Junior Sales Manager **possessing natural sales and communication abilities, that is a quick learner with a great work ethic to join the Woonivers team.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**

If you are an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving targets this is the role for you We are looking for a salesperson who is a fast learner with a great work ethic and enjoys a challenge to work for a Tax Free - Fintech company.

As a **Junior** **Sales Manager** you will support the acquisition and development of the business accounts.

You will lead the sales team and your direct report will be the COO/CEO. You will be responsible for the management and the success of all functions of the sales activities, in-line with set company targets.
- Acquisition of business account clients for the market of Spain.
- Construct a strong local network, to facilitate market entry and create strategic partnerships.
- Drive direct sales of the Woonivers app/service to business clients, such as retailers.
- Face to face interaction and demonstrations of the user interface to the business accounts.
- Lead the After sales, active support of business clients and customer service.
- Maintenance of CRM database and entry of business account information.
- Shape and improve corporate sales processes influenced by market insights.
- Co-ordinate and improve business account sales processes influenced by market insights.
- Participation in sales and marketing promotional activities.
- Responsibility for all necessary correspondence related to business account sales communications.

**Our requirements**

A minimum of at least 2 years of practical work experience in the area of Sales and/or Marketing.
- Possess proven sales, negotiating and presentation skills.
- Have excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
- Understanding of technology-driven new markets.
- Strives to achieve set goals with enthusiasm.
- A warm approachable manner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High level of commitment and flexibility.
- Self-motivated and strong desire for new challenges.
- Good level in English/Catalan is desirable.
- Favourable to have retail sector experience
