Position: Inbound Sales Representative with German
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time 39 hours/week
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Take inbound calls from business customers focused on purchase/sales
- Perform calls to existing customers to develop and acquire new business in addition to call back after support inquiry
- Log all customer contacts in the CRM system
- Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
- Collect relevant information (customer needs, deal qualification) through asking the right questions
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proficient or bilingual level of German with an advanced English level
- Have one year of related sales experience
- Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
- Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
- Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals
