Médecins Sans Frontières est une organisation médicale-humanitaire internationale indépendante qui offre une assistance aux populations en détresse, aux victimes de catastrophes naturelles ou d'origine humaine, ainsi qu'aux victimes de conflits armés, sans discrimination et indépendamment de la race, de la religion, de la croyance ou de l'affiliation politique. Le mouvement MSF est construit autour de six centres opérationnels (OCs) et 36 bureaux dans le monde. Nous menons des opérations humanitaires médicales dans plus de 70 pays. Les opérations médicales sont mises en œuvre par des équipes sur le terrain et les équipes de coordination de projet. Les opérations sur le terrain sont guidées et soutenues par des cellules opérationnelles des Directions et de leurs départements de soutien.
Trois directions opérationnelles, OCBA, OCG et OCP, ont convenu d'organiser stratégiquement leur soutien médical aux projets de terrain de MSF en Afrique de l'Ouest. Leurs efforts ont conduit à la création d'une plateforme médicale à Dakar, qui vise à assurer et coordonner le soutien médical nécessaire à la mise en œuvre des opérations de MSF sur le terrain dans la région, ainsi qu'à développer les connaissances médicales et l'expertise de MSF sur des questions médicales d'une grande pertinence pour l'Ouest.
La plateforme de Dakar est dirigée par un responsable de la plateforme (HoP) qui gère un ensemble de supports d'implémentation spécialisés pour les opérations en Afrique de l'Ouest (SIs) et est connectée à un vaste réseau opérationnel et médical à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de MSF. L'objectif de la plateforme est de permettre une identification appropriée des besoins clés en soutien à la mise en œuvre médicale, ainsi que la meilleure réponse coordonnée pour les programmes sur le terrain de MSF dans la région. En veillant à être étroitement liée aux OCs, la plateforme vise à favoriser la connaissance et l'expertise qui profitent à tous les programmes de MSF.
Le portefeuille actuel couvert par la plateforme de Dakar comprend actuellement les opérations sur le terrain de MSF au Burkina Faso, au Cameroun, au Mali, au Niger, au Nigéria, au Tchad, en Côte d'Ivoire et au Libéria, mais il est prévu d'évoluer chaque année en fonction des besoins médicaux.
**Mission**
CONTEXTE GÉNÉRAL SUR LA SIMULATION TERRAIN
La simulation est la science et la méthodologie de création d'une situation réaliste ou d'environnements similaires à la réalité, afin de susciter des expériences permettant aux personnes, dans un espace contrôlé et sûr, de pratiquer, d'apprendre, de réfléchir, de concevoir, de tester ou de comprendre des systèmes et/ou des actions humaines.
Par conséquent, chez Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), nous sommes très intéressés par l'utilisation de la simulation pour développer des compétences, mais aussi pour réfléchir et résoudre les questions, les défis et les problèmes auxquels nous sommes confrontés dans notre travail quotidien, afin de définir de nouvelles façons de faire les choses et d'apporter des changements positifs au niveau des individus, des équipes et de l'organisation elle-même. Afin de tirer parti des avantages de cette méthodologie, nous travaillons à intégrer la simulation dans notre travail quotidien au sein de l'organisation à tous les niveaux.
Compte tenu de l'intérêt croissant pour l'utilisation de la simulation chez MSF et des avantages reconnus basés sur des preuves, MSF Field Simulation TIC travaille continuellement pour soutenir l'augmentation progressive de l'utilisation de la simulation chez MSF dans le but de contribuer positivement à la qualité de l'assistance médicale humanitaire que MSF fournit à la population.
- Cela se fera en travaillant dans trois domaines principaux et piliers:
- Poursuivre les activités de renforcement des capacités, ainsi que le développement de solutions d'apprentissage pour concevoir, organiser, faciliter et mettre en œuvre des programmes de simulation selon les meilleures pratiques.
- Continuer à intégrer progressivement la simulation dans différents écosystèmes MSF identifiés (systèmes et processus), pour contribuer à la réflexion, à l'amélioration et à l'innovation de ses activités médicales-humanitaires.
- MSF continuera à explorer des utilisations innovantes de la simulation sur le terrain et au siège au bénéfice des individus, des équipes et de l'organisation elle-même.
OBJECTIF DU POSTE
L'objectif principal de ce poste est de mettre en œuvre/soutenir la mise en œuvre de programmes de simulation et de renforcer les capacités sur le terrain en matière de simulation, en mettant particulièrement l'accent sur les programmes de simulation pour les soins infirmiers (principalement en pédiatrie et néonatologie) et pour les interventions d'urgence.
