This adventure is all about building brighter futures together. You’ll deliver genuine, heartfelt experiences to our people; from the hellos, high fives to goodbyes, everyone will feel part of our family.

You will provide administrative support to the JAG Academy team at Junior Adventures Group. You’ll weave administrative magic by coordinating the national learning and development programs and making all those associated activities happen, such as supporting team members with their enrolments because they’re super keen to get their training on, answering questions from eager beavers about the training courses available, and dazzling the Academy team with your ability to put their much loved content into eye wateringly beautiful presentations. You’ll keep training records in tip top shape to ensure accuracy because we love analysis of the training that our team members complete. You’ll support the preparation and delivery of training sessions to our team members that ultimately makes the lives of the children in our care brighter and happier. You’ll help create and maintain a dynamic workplace culture that supports us in delivering results. You’ll understand the importance of engagement, growth and relationship building to keep our people happy.

You are interested in a career in Learning and Development and want to develop your skills, knowledge and experience in this area You have excellent admin skills already, and are a whizz at Word, Excel and PowerPoint Previous experience in a Learning and Development admin type role would be amazing
