En esta ocasión, ofrecemos una vacante indefinida vinculada a un contrato de relevo (es por ello que solamente podrá ser cubierto con un trabajador que se encuentre desempleado o un trabajador que tenga concertado con Nationale-Nederlanden un contrato de duración determinada) dentro del Área de Reporting en el Departamento de Contabilidad.

¿Cuál es la misión de la posición?

El propósito principal del Área de Reporting es reportar y asegurar la calidad de la información tanto a nível Local como a nível de Grupo bajo las distintas normas contables y financieras, todo ello dentro de los plazos internos y legales establecidos y con la estructura técnica y calidad adecuadas.

El puesto en concreto realizará como contenido principal, por un lado, las tareas relacionadas con el área en general y, en particular, dará soporte al resto del equipo en las tareas de más alto nível técnico cuya responsabilidad recaerá en mucha mayor medida en el resto del Equipo del Área.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

Apoyo en la contabilización de las distintas transacciones de la/s 4 sociedades tales como: nómina, comisiones, reservas, previsiones, etc.; transacciones más importantes del área, como parte del proceso de cierre en sus distintas valoraciones (local, ifrs17)

Gestión de las prestaciones de Vida y Generales (contabilización diaria, cuadres mensuales, informes trimestrales, etc.)

Gestión y control del inmovilizado de las 4 sociedades (altas, revisión de bajas, traslados, etc.), así como su registro en la contabilidad y sus informes correspondientes

Participación en el control mensual de los gastos

Participación en las tareas propias del área

Mantenimiento de PeopleSoft, en cuanto a cuentas contables, centros de costes, líneas presupuestarias, etc.

Participación en los proyectos de creación de nuevos productos (prestaciones)

Participación en otros posibles proyectos (como ejemplo futuro proyecto de cambio de Buynn (Proactis), previstos para el año 2024)

Robotización (Generar procesos que eliminen trabajos repetitivos)

Revisión/control a otras áreas del Departamento

Las tareas descritas dentro del área de Reporting requieren una formación, experiência laboral, y conocimiento técnico-contable mínimo Medio-Alto.

Licenciado Economía, Administración de empresas o similar

5 años o más de experiência como Técnico-Contable
