Guest Experience Manager

Sitges Hills Villas Limited is a high-end holiday villa rental company with properties in and around Sitges. We offer a very personalised service. All our properties are presented to the highest standard and any particular need of each of our international clients is taken care of, before and during their stay.

We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager who is available Friday to Monday and will be responsible for the preparing for the guests arrival, co ordinating check ins and check outs with the team, looking after guests during their stay, organising extra services, taking charge of the 24 hour service phone pro rata with the team, co-ordinating with the property managers regarding villa preparation.
- Requirements:_
- You should live in or close to Sitges for logístical reasons.
- You should be able to work with/manage a team.
- Need to be flexible with working hours, patient and remain calm in difficult situations
- Full clean driving license and your own means of transport.
- Some knowledge of the tourism/ holiday rental industry and/or previous client service experience essential.
- English is a must both written and speaking and possibly French.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: 1,500.00€ - 1,700.00€ per month
