**Job Title**: Duty Manager - Four-Star Hotels, Ireland

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing all aspects of guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest requests, and handling complaints in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Supervise the front desk team to maintain smooth operations, including managing reservations, room allocations, and handling cashiering responsibilities.
- Lead and motivate the hotel staff, ensuring a high level of customer service, and providing necessary training and guidance to improve performance.
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and addressing any operational issues that may arise.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning, monitoring expenses, and optimizing revenue-generating opportunities.
- Coordinate and supervise events, conferences, and functions hosted at the hotel, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct regular safety checks, and implement emergency procedures as necessary.
- Cultivate positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and promote repeat business.
- Generate and review reports related to hotel operations, occupancy rates, guest feedback, and other relevant data.

**Requirements**:

- High level of written and spoken English
- European Union nationality
- Being able to work independently and within a team
- Professional and can do attitude.
- Former experience in a four-star hotel environment or higher.
- High level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of the hotel operations and staff management
- Degree in hospitality management is an advantage but not mandatory
