**Who we are looking for**:GAES is seeking an intern interested in making the difference in our Medical Marketing Department.Besides the opportunity of learning and experiencing how a global, fast paced company works you will play a key role being involved the main activities of our Medical Marketing Department.
**Main functions**:
- Support in the team in the implementation of a strategic medical marketing project and the excecution of marketing tactics that will drive business growth.
- Printing and managing the inventory of physical and digital materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Maintain records of suppliers, materials, and clients.
- Process scientific literature requests, ensuring the timely delivery of monographs and scientific books to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate logistics for regional congresses, ensuring a smooth and professional event experience for all attendees.
- Have ownership of a Medical Marketing project defined with Manager.
**Requirements**:
- You are a recent graduate or currently in your last year of a Biology, Biomedicine Degree or similar.
- You are comfortable in an international environment where English and Spanish are required on a daily base.
- You have the ability to work with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Power Point (proficient level).
- You have excellent communications skills (verbal and in writing).
- You like to work with people, interacting, speaking and presenting to diversified group of people.
- You have the ability to work under pressure, you are multi-task and able to meet deadlines.
Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity,
**we offer **a 6 months to 1 year internship starting in April 2023, a monthly reimbursement and possibility to work twice a week remotely.
