**What we want you to do**

**Guest experience**
- Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival ad make time to interact effectively with guests
- Assist Guests during check-in and check-out, including phone interaction and face-to-face interaction
- Assist Guests with questions, directions, event schedules, and other information regarding their stay
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback, and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction

**Responsible Business**
- To have a full understanding of all systems and programmes
- Being pro-active in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and colleagues where possible
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest checking in according to their preferences (room type, payment, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information
- Employ attention to detail to ensure the security of guest room access
- Carry out the minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire, and safety
- To ensure the total cash takings balance with the PMS settlements report and the receipt sheet and to complete the banking according to the correct procedure

- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all Miiro Hospitality hotels

**Health Safety & Security**
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
- Familiarise yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures
- Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of your line manager
