El Driver Field Technician es responsable de manipular y transportar el efectivo (monedas y billetes) que implica el uso de una carretilla de mano especialmente diseñada para tirar / empujar contenedores de monedas que pesen hasta 280 kilos, desde el quiosco hasta un camión suministrado por la compañía y entregarlos en un lugar designado. Realizará servicios relacionados para mantener el correcto funcionamiento de los kioscos. Con la supervisión de su gerente, planificará y programará sus días, haciendo ajustes a medida que surjan nuevas prioridades y tareas. Trabajará en un entorno en el que la ruta, las tareas diarias y las condiciones meteorológicas pueden cambiar (y cambiarán) de forma regular.

Responsabilidades clave
- Autogestión en la planificación de rutas.
- Realizar servicios de manipulación y transporte de monedas y billetes.
- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo, reparaciones, instalaciones, reubicaciones y desinstalaciones de kioscos.
- Cumplir con las políticas de la empresa relacionadas.
- Administración de documentación según sea necesario.
- Informar problemas de calidad y otros problemas técnicos a través de los canales de escalado adecuados.
- Gestionar los pedidos e inventario de material.
- Mostrar madurez y juicio en la gestión del tiempo y el control de gastos.
- Como representante de Coinstar, promover y mantener buenas relaciones con los clientes y socios a través de altos estándares de apariencia personal, comportamiento ético, madurez y buen juicio.
- Mantener adecuadamente el ordenador portátil, el teléfono móvil, el equipo, el vehículo de la empresa, el inventario de repuestos, las herramientas y los manuales de Coinstar y cualquier otra herramienta de trabajo.

***Experiência y educación**
- Título de escuela secundaria o ESO con experiência en reparación de equipos electromecánicos, electrónicos y ordenadores o Formación profesional de electrónica, electromecánica o similar.
- Más de 1 año brindando transporte de bienes o servicios.
- Más de 1 año de servicio al cliente / relaciones con el cliente.
- La experiência con equipos electromecánicos es un plus.
- Experiência previa en el manejo de un puesto de responsabilidad con poca o ninguna supervisión.
- El disponer de carnet de conducir C es un plus.

**Conocimientos, destrezas y habilidades**
- Debe tener excelentes habilidades personales e interpersonales para interactuar con diferentes clientes.
- Responsable de brindar soporte a los clientes mostrando profesionalismo en todo momento.
- Conocimientos prácticos de Microsoft Word y Excel.

**Viajes**
- El desempeño de las responsabilidades del puesto requiere estar en ruta constantemente en un área entorno al domicilio habitual, que puede verse modificada por la actividad realizada.
- En función de las necesidades del servicio se pernoctará fuera del domicilio habitual.

**Otros requerimientos**
- Debe tener una licencia de conducir B y mantener un historial de conducción aceptable.
- En caso de disponer de Licencia de conducir C, Se requiere CAP (Certificado de Aptitud Profesional) y tarjeta de tacógrafo.
- Según sea necesario, los empleados deben trabajar con un horario flexible que incluya horarios de inicio temprano, festivos, fines de semana, etc. La jornada laboral será entre el lunes y el sábado, dependiendo de las necesidades del servicio.

**Requerimientos físicos**

El trabajo de Driver Field Technician implica operar con un vehículo de motor comercial para dar servicio a los quioscos dentro de una ruta. Realice de manera regular y segura todas las funciones de operar un vehículo de motor comercial, incluyendo estar sentado durante mucho tiempo, subir y bajar con frecuencia del camión, subir y bajar el escalón del camión. Posicionarse con frecuencia (por ejemplo, pararse, caminar, agacharse, doblarse, girar, arrodillarse, inclinarse, empujar, tirar) para manipular, mover o levantar objetos que pesen hasta 40 kg y contenedores de monedas que se mueven con frecuencia y que pesan hasta 280kg utilizando una carretilla de mano especialmente diseñada. Comunicar e intercambiar información con compañeros de trabajo y otras personas presencialmente o a distancia. Utilice regularmente un ordenador portátil y un teléfono móvil.
