Job Description:
Under the direction of the Finance Senior Manager, the _Finance Coordinator _will provide administrative support in this area in their daily tasks. The _Coordinator_ will support all the processes of the financial department, accounting, billing, bank reconciliation, preparation of payments, etc.

This role requires coordination with different departments of the campus.

Essential Functions / Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of student data for registration and billing for the courses taken.- Monitoring, control, and accounting of credit card expenses. Weekly bank reconciliation.- Accounting invoices, expenses, and income in SAGE and Workday and sending to the SII.- Preparation and presentation of monthly, biannual, and annual taxes.- Weekly preparation of payments.- Support in the annual preparation of budgets.- Support in the preparation and presentation of the annual financial statements and audit, as well as in other accounting obligations of the Delegation.- Other tasks as required.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Ethics and identification with the mission of the College.- Bachelor’s in business administration.- 1+ years of experience in a finance department and/or as a finance/accounting administrative, ideally with experience with SAGE ERP. International experience will also be valuable.- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.- Familiarity with financial accounting statements.- Positively valued: Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and in-depth understanding of IFRS.- Strong computer skills (Gmail, Excel, Word).- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Organized, punctual, with own initiative and autonomy, great discretion, responsible, reliable, and committed to the mission of the department.- Ability to work as a team, positive attitude, work effectively with a group of individuals of diverse ethnicity and culture.- Great communication ability.- High level of English, written and oral.
