We are looking for a Propulsion Test Engineer in Barcelona:
**About your job**:
As Propulsion Test Engineer, you will be leading all testing activities on in-space propulsion system. You will be in close communication with the design team to iterate fast on hardware versions.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

- Leading test campaign together with the design team
- Supporting the design, optimization of propulsion hardware
- Designing and building test bench hardware
- Defining test bench operational procedures

**What you need to be successful**:

- Degree in aerospace engineering and/or related discipline
- + 2 years experience in testing / design in space propulsion system
- Experience of working with propellants and compressed gases
- In-depth understanding of liquid rocket engine working principles
- Hands-on experience
- Knowledge in Data acquisition systems
- Good programming skills, e.g. Matlab, Labview
- CAD experience, preferably using Siemens NX
- Fluent English and Spanish and/or French is a plus
- Weekly business trips to test facility in Alguaire (Lleida)

**Other useful skills**:

- Troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
- Capable of working in a flexible and open-minded environment
- Creative and with experience in overcoming failure
