Being part of the Customer Operations team and reporting to the Payments and Fraud Team Manager, as a Payments and Fraud Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis of customers’ accounts to detect potentially fraudulent behaviour and to proactively minimize fraud trends through regular checks, including Payments processing and dealing with issues related to Payments.

As a Payments and Fraud Analyst, your role encompasses processing client payments and addressing associated issues promptly. This includes monitoring account activities such as registrations, deposits, and withdrawals while using your experience and judgment to evaluate and mitigate fraud risks. You diligently check Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, review financial and player activities to minimize financial risks, and actively investigate and resolve issues related to money transfers.

Additionally, you collaborate with various departments to maintain professional and efficient operations, support the Team Leader in anti-money laundering matters, identify customers with potential gambling issues, and contribute to the overall adherence to industry regulations through continuous awareness and reporting.
**Qualifications**
- Experience within the iGaming industry
- Experience within a customer service environment and fraud analysis
- Relevant experience within an online environment either with an operator or payments company or other relevant company
- Experience with Payments processing tool environments such as Nuvei-SafeCharge/Seon/Salesforce desirable
- Experience working to strict fraud prevention with desirable knowledge in fraud detection tools
- Experience working with other operational departments
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
