**Description**

**Main Goals**
- Manage relationships with partners (Installers, providers and manufactures)
- Support team of energy consultants to solve customers’ technical doubts
- Manage the after-sale customers’ enquiries regarding installations and their functionality
- Prepare and submit will projects of installations for commercial PV plants where the installed power is higher than 20kWp
- Evaluate new materials and technologies to be applied to the market

**Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)**
- Provide advice and support to the Italian team in regards technological doubts that customers might have before and after sale
- You manage relationship with suppliers of materials and then network of installers to ensure the processes are being followed
- Prepare and submit solar energy projects for B2B
- You will work closely with the project managers team to update and improve the platform we developed for our clients
- Implementation and update of cost management systems
- You will be knowledgeable of the Italian legislation and de-taxation rules for solar projects (Ecobonus, Superbonus, FER1 etc..)

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A University’s degree in Engineering, with a focus on renewable energies is desired (but no mandatory)
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- The position requires very strong interpersonal skills, passion for solar energy, digital products, oral and written communication skills; analytical capabilities, leadership skills
- Ability to organize the work meticulously and prioritizing tasks depending on volume of work
- It is desired experience in the renewable energy sector, especially on rooftop photovoltaic systems
- It is desired experience in software projects. Experience in CRMs or PV software is an advantage
- Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues that might arise with partners (installers and providers) and clients using a Win/Win philosophy
- Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)
- Language skills: full proficiency in Italian (required), proficiency in Spanish (required) and English (highly recommended)
