**Inside Sales Analyst** based in Madrid, Spain willing to join a multicultural and growing team.

- What you’ll be doing:_
- Working on Sales strategy along with the marketing and sales team to achieve goals
- Conducting inbound/outbound lead qualification, discovery, appointment setting, and prospecting.
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, conducting prospect/client analysis, generating interest, and qualifying leads as part of the selling process.
- Maintaining and expanding prospect leads by creatively generating new leads and following up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Using probing questions to help the lead identify their needs; understand where the prospect is in their buying cycle and adjust the sales approach to match them.
- Translating Globant’s value proposition effectively to the appropriate decision-makers.
- Improving sales skills through coaching, training, and learning to increase sales success rates.
- Working with the marketing team and nurturing generated leads.

- Experience working with Salesforce and MS Office Suite strongly preferred
- Experience in business sales.
- Experience making executive-level calls, developing written messages that help reach our clients and prospects, making first exploratory calls to really understand our clients’ needs and come up with an accurate solution.
