- ** Your Role **:En la actualidad, Kuehne+Nagel selecciona un/a Sea Logistics Customer Care Export para sus oficinas ubicadas en Valencia. En dependencia del/de la Responsable de Tráfico Marítimo, gestionarás la interlocución con los clientes asignados, así como el desarrollo íntegro de las cuentas.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Interlocución con los clientes asignados, en relación con el servicio y la actividad diaria.
- Análisis de rentabilidades y propuestas de mejora, en coordinación con el departamento de Operaciones Marítimas.
- Mantenimiento y desarrollo de cuentas, en coordinación con el departamento de Ventas
- Participación en proyectos propios del departamento, relacionados con la optimización de la actividades de Customer Service en la división marítima.
- Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición de Customer Service Marítimo.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Estudios académicos vinculados a la Logística o Comercio Internacional.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en funciones vinculadas la gestión operativa o comercial en el tráfico marítimo de mercancías.
- Inglés fluido.
- Vocación por el sector del comercio internacional.
- Dominio de las herramientas ofimáticas.
